The Two Month Hop

Every day she’d make me sit and do my ‘puzzle duty.’ I did put together some peaches from her Flower & Fruits still life jigsaw puzzle. I can be a good sister when I want to ūüôāphoto (18)

Last night we had a pseudo-india-goodbye party. ¬†Until we have that sticker in our passports that says we can enter India legally, aaron and I have no idea when we’ll be departing. Regardless, we decided to throw a party so our seattle friends can wish us goodbye (even though they might see us for another three months, ha!) It was wonderful, we were like a big happy family. I will miss my seattleites. As it has now become somewhat of a tradition, aaron got some firewood and he lit a fire in the backyard. some friends roasted mini¬†marshmallows but most drank beer. as the night went on¬†aaron kept repeating more and more passionately: ‘guys..there is just nothing like being by the fire’;’…nothing like watching…

Mud and paws go together

I Love dogs. probably because I grew up around dogs. I can’t quite put into words. I only know I like my four legged friends. one of the ‘silent’ conditions I presented to aaron when he got a job in seattle, was that I was going to get a dog. ¬†In denver we always lived in small spaces and it just never seemed 100% right (to aaron); but in seattle, there would be 0% wrongdoing in my opinion: we had a house, a yard and I wouldn’t have a job for the first three months–that, I didn’t know. everything pointed that I could ‘train’ the beast. ¬†his name: Enzo. ¬† ..though without lacking a few headaches and chewed something, enzo was my very faithful…
